Retention Periods
Internet or other electronic network activity information: Duration is dictated by whether the cookie is a session cookie or persistent and whether the cookie is strictly necessary. Data needed for Calendly product subscriptions, community and portals: For the duration of our ongoing relationship and as required by regulatory requirements and our records retention policy. You will have the ability to delete your account at any time (for enterprise, Calendly Community and Developer Portal, you may contact your administrator).
Marketing and newsletter communications: Outside of any service-related communications, you may opt-out of marketing and newsletter emails at any time. Otherwise, we will retain your information in accordance with regulatory requirements and our records retention policy.
